Damn stressed out

Hey guys.
Today I need all the motivation and support.
Today it's been 2 months and 2 weeks I have been working out continuously and I have had no result at all. No inch loss No weight loss.
And today I had my Gynaecologist visit because I have been missing my dates and she strictly told me to loose weight..
but in the end how?? I don't know .. I feel as if I will never loose weight. Since last 2 months I have been strictly eating clean and working out. Burning around 300-350 calories. How to get this sorted. Please pour in suggestions.

How many calories are you eating? Losing weight is about eating fewer calories than you burn.

It's about your food, not your exercise.

Do you have your stats set up in this site, and did it give you a calorie target? If not, do that. Then start logging your food, aiming for that target.

Yes I have my stats up on the site.. and it did give me a calorie target of 1200 calories. I always end up eating around 1100-1200 calories. I try and measure the food I eat but even after so much I have no results. 😟

How do you measure your food? Eyeballing? Measuring cups? Food scale? Check out this thread.

I don't know what "eating clean" means, as a normal healthy diet doesn't need to contain any special ingredients or trendy food. If any part of this eating regime is stressing you out or taking up too much time/brainpower/figuring out, tweak it. Vegetables don't have to be fresh, tinned or frozen will do. Tinned fruit in juice, not syrup, still contain the same nutrients and can be cheaper as you can keep them in the cupboard and not worry about them spoiling. Low fat, low carb, packaged meals can save on prep time. Add extra veg to fill up your plate. Try and de-stress, talk to someone, meditate, try breathing exercises, and stop being hard on yourself. If you need to tighten your measuring and logging of food, do it. You can plan meals on MFP ahead of time so you know in advance how many calories you're going to be consuming. Breathe. Let go a little. Take a day off thinking and stressing, and regroup the day after. And see your doctor to make sure there's nothing else going on.

May help to adjust your macros. If you have problems with insulin resistance (i.e. PCOS, diabetes, etc.) You may need to increase protein and decrease carbs.

I'm sorry to hear you have PCOS. But the reason you haven't lost weight, is that you haven't been in a calorie deficit, and the reason you haven't been in a calorie deficit, is that you haven't logged correctly/been patient enough. A better diet can make it easier for you to eat less.

You are not alone - a great many people want something to be wrong with them, instead of their method. In my opinion, understanding how things work, is crucial to making them work. But many people like things to be mysterious. So your last shot is that your dietician will present what you need to do in a way you like better, and trust her enough to do what (s)he says.

    "Try and measure"

    or

"Regularly and accurately weigh using a food scale"?
