She's not on your list, but my first rowing coach (whom I met when I was 46, BTW). I've gotten a bit of good from all those guys, other than Arnold, but it's all ridiculously trivial compared to what I got from Coach Evil (a fond nickname, truly). Without her, I might not even be alive now . . . and I'm being honest and literal.

Arnold, Leroy Colbert, Frank Zane, Kai Green, Scooby, CT Fletcher, Mike Rashid, Bruce Lee, Ido Portal, Conor McGregor. I think that's all of them. What a line up.

I am my own inspiration/idol! Many people dislike themselves, so I believe that it's imperative to like oneself this much! Meaning that if you aren't whom you desire to be, 1st figure what's plausible for you to reasonably be & 2nd pursue it! We're too unique to be carbon copies, of anyone else! Be proud, to be yourself & of what you're able to accomplish within your own abilities, by knowing them & then setting realistic/achievable goals that align with them, so that you'll never be a disappointment to yourself!
