Agreed. Motivation is too fleeting to sustain a weight loss plan.4

I third that motion... habits and routine. I used to be all over place with no rhyme or reason in my personal life. I now have a routine. I actually like it. I kinda get a little cranky when it gets disrupted.0

Agree. Motivation is only necessary to take that first step to change. It’s commitment, with reasonable and livable boundaries that make this a life change.
Thinking of this as a “lifetime challenge” used to overwhelm me and make me check out and give up. Once I let go of trying lose weight as quick as possible (only to yo-yo up and down), and accepted that smaller changes over time..the habit..it became less intimidating and overwhelming.1 -
Agreed. Take action, when motivated, to make a plan. Stick to that plan until it's routine.0
