weight bar?

What should I list workouts using a weight bar as? Aerobics, moderate effort or calisthenics? I'm thinking Calisthenics but don't want to enter the wrong information.

    the best would be calisthenics. but to actually track calories, get a heart rate monitor. Use this formula in Microsoft Excel - =(((-55.0969+(0.6309*C2)+(0.1988*(B2/2.2))+(0.2017*A2))/4.184)*60*(((D2*60)+E2)/3600))

    A2 is the location in excel for your age
    B2 is the location for your current weight
    C2 is your heart rate
    D2 is the minutes spent working out
    E2 is the seconds
