Help. In need support following this way of eating. So far I gained 2 pds. Other have lost. !

    How long have you been following your plan? Sometimes it can take a few weeks for your body to start to show results.

    Are you counting calories as well? Many who succeed on keto find eating that way naturally keeps them at the right calorie level. But if you're just starting out, it might not be a bad idea to track calories carefully as well as macros to make sure everything is falling into place.

    Be consistent and keep it simple. It will come off. I'm almost to 50 lb on keto.

    You lose weight by eating less (fewer calories than you burn). Are you using your food diary?

    If you need support to follow this diet, maybe it isn't right for you?
