Hi there everyone
My name is caitlin and I am new here
I never knew apps like this existed haha

I basically downloaded this app and signed up because I do alot of fitness and want to start eating more healthy and seeing the macro break down of what goes into my body
I am a runner and do cardio 6 days a week between 4-7 km a day
I workout ontop of that in the afternoon for an hour 6 days a week
But I haventh got that much of a clue when it comes to nutrition
I am hopeing to have a healthier relationship with food and also gain a few kgs
As a runner , I do find it difficult putting on weight and as well as gaining abit more muscle because of all the cardio i do so I'm hoping that this app will teach me some good values with nutrition.

Other facts about me
I am a mother of two children aged 3 years and 13 months old
I will be 21 and my dream is to make it as a professional athlete in the athletics world
I do lots of cross country and road running but I want my main focus to be on my passion for track .
I am from South Africa and I hope this isn't too random haha ☺
