Hello! I'm kind of new not so new, but still new lol. I signed up a few years ago but never really was dedicated to logging information. But on June 12th I decided to start a new journey that would help me be my best by next July for my 30th birthday. I have been following keto guidelines. Still learning and still messing up some, but I'm proud of my progress so far. With two months I have lost 15 pounds! Any tips anyone can provide on a tight budget, please drop them below and don't be afraid to add me as a friend.

Welcome! Carby foods are generally cheap, so eating keto will all over be a little more expensive than a more "mixed" diet. But still generally, if you stick to cheap, un-hip foods, you can eat healthily and cheap at the same time.

Do you still count calories on keto?
