Hi everyone

It’s my first week and I’ve lost 2.6lbs! I’m really pleased and think the app is great and very informative. I’ve previously been on WW and SW but I like the nutrients shown etc.

    That's a great result in just one week!! My wife and I started using the Ap in April. I have lost 21lbs since, but am very dedicated. My wife gave up on the ap after about 4 weeks because she didn't like calories counting, so it's not for everyone, but I love it :smiley: Keep it up and happy weekend everyone
