    It used to be eating any kind of dessert and watching the Biggest Loser. Not that BL is a guilty pleasure, but eating bad food while watching it was ;-)

    i used to watch it and eat chili dogs!

    Cheese....aaaahhhh The power of Cheese I LOVE IT !! My favorite is baked brie in a cresent roll with apricot jam , crackers and apple slices !!! ahhhhhhhhhh my favorite..OMG just thinking about it makes me want to do it tonight !

    Also the magazine FIRST is my favorite I need every issue.

    Watching Keeping Up w/ the Kardashians or Flipping Out (anyone else watch it? I love it!) and eating mint chocolate chip ice cream with Magic Shell. That WAS my guilty please. Now I just watch the shows and ditch the ice cream for this weight loss! Totally worth it. (:
