After a stressful year I have decided to work on myself again. I feel great so far and it's only been a week of healthy eating and working out every day! What brings you here?

    Was insanely overweight........my clothes started to hate me😂....after taking a good look in the mirror...I decided to become fit....so...now here I am ...lost 20kgs ..and currently in the process of gaining around 5kgs of muscles and it's been working so far.....hope you'll also get good results from your diet and workout...cheers😊

    I’ve been on and off MFP for years but the beginning of this year I made the commitment to make a better me. For me this wasn’t about losing weight as I’ve been tall and skinny my entire life. It was about making nutritional changes and committing to a weight lifting program to change this dad bod. Time for a healthier life.

    Similar story, had a crappy couple of years, wanted to feel better about myself and so started getting fit again
