There are low fat recipes all over the internet and cookbooks are filled with them. They are generally not what you would normally call "yummy", and that's probably why you're asking for more, and why you haven't gotten any replies yet.
If you google specific recipes or specific ingredients, you will more easily find what you want.
Healthy meals are balanced - and that includes sufficient fat - and a healthy diet is varied.
You can eat what you like for any meal. People find slightly different things yummy. People also like what they're used to, and we get used to new things over time.
If you know how to cook, and our own preferences, you can make delicious meals.2 -
Check out the Recipes forum, I'm sure there's lots of great stuff there.1

Breakfast
eggs whites cooked in a non stick pan (no oil, no butter) with spinach and tomato, salt, pepper and paprika. Top with fat free cheese.
Snack
deli turkey slices
dried apricots
Lunch
2 slices of bread with 1 slice fat free cheese
tuna salad - canned tuna, 1tbspn fat free greek yogurt, diced celery, celery salt, pepper, diced jalapeño
lettuce, tomato and pickle
Snack
low fat cottage cheese mixed with fresh fruit
Dinner
rice and beans with ground turkey (seasoned with taco mix), top with lettuce and salsa
Make sure you season your food well. Fat makes food taste good, so removing it can make thing dry and bland.
And note, there is no need to eat low fat unless recommended for medical problems.

Just had 3 cups shredded cabbage sautéed with 4oz pork tenderloin. Just sauté using a non stick pan, a little water, powdered garlic dash and splash of soy sauce. It was very tasty and pretty low cal.
Seasonings can really dress stuff up, and just be creative1
