I used the BBQ Recipe from LaCubana9 Indoor BBQ Pork Chops, I switched out Light Agave Nectar with some brown sugar.

Serving: 3 oz
Calories: 108 Carbs: 10 Fiber: 0 Fat: 1
Sugar: 10 Protein: 13 Sodium: 423

Ingredients (makes 16 servings)

2 lbs - Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts

For Sauce:

2 Cups Great Value Ketchup
2 Cups Apple Cider Vinegar
2 tbsp Molasses
1/4 Dark Brown Sugar
1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
1 Tbsp tsp Onion Powder

I use a lot of sauce for chicken because otherwise I think its too dry, but you could cut the sauce in half. This same recipe works well for pulled pork, pulled beef...pretty much any meat. But with pork or beef you can cut the sauce and half and it is still juicy.

Directions:

1) Turn crock pot to low.

2) Place thawed chicken breast, and all other ingredients into crock pot. Mix around to blend sauce.

3) Cover and let cook 4-6 hours (longer if you use frozen chicken)

4) Take two forks, and shred chicken. Mix again to fully cover every part with BBQ.

5) Enjoy.
I like to use the leftovers on top of homemade nachos sometimes...tasty!
