Try 3300 then.
Stop any cardio if you can't hit your calorie goal2 -

Add another 300 calories. That is a fairly standard maintenance calorie range for most of the guys here. That is where i maintain and I am 5'11, 180 lbs, 36 yr old male, with a desk job.0 -

I'm a cook, 5-6 138 lbs, is all the walking stopping me from gaining weight0 -
Are you tracking your intake on here, weighing and measuring everyday? If you aren't gaining you aren't eating enough. You can track your intake to help you know how far you are from your goal, or add more to your daily intake. A smoothie can help.2

Yea I track it on here but I normally don't hit my goal, does it matter on what kind of smoothie0 -

You want to hit your goal.
Honestly whatever you want.. hit whatever macros you have left over, if it's more carbs add fruit or juice to it. If it's protein add powder. If it's fat add peanut butter or full fat milk/yogurt. Just make sure it's not too filling if you need to get the cals in with the least discomfort.1 -

Being very active makes it harder to gain because you need to consume more calories. The below thread should help you get there. At this point, just eat/drink whatever you can. Essentially, aim for solid nutrition overall, but throw in some goodies so you can hit your calorie goal. Because without the calories you aren't going to gain. I personally like Fairlife chocolate milk, yogurt covered raisins, ice cream, proats (protein oats - recipes at www.theproteinchef.co), and some candies to help me when I struggle to get calories.

Also, TDEE - total daily energy expenditure, aka, maintenance calories.1 -

Not eating enough is stopping you from gaining weight. For constant on your feet work you're going to have to eat more than the average office worker. In currently around 3500 a day and maintaining as most days I just dont have to will power to consume another 600 calories after our shift extended an extra 2-4 hours.
Nothing is stopping you from gaining weight except yourself and not eating enough.1 -
