or dont. All you need is to stick to your calorie deficit. Not under your goal, Not over. No need to work out a ton or cut out all the foods. Just get a food scale, Learn to track properly, And stick to the goals MFP gives. Dont complicate.
Remember things like sauces and many drinks have calories to3 -
To lose weight, you have to eat less (and move more). You don't really need many tips if you just accept that.
