i lost some weight finally

I finally lost some weight .i started at 290.then i was stuck at 280 to 285 for months.then i started drinking 2 glasses of water before dinner.everyday.im now 270.the lowest ive been in years.i feel great.my goal is 240.im playing it by ear now.because i lose about one pound per day.

One pound a day? You lucky duck. If I do that in a week, I'm happy - well, not really, but what else can I say!

1000 calories is not enough for even most toddlers/young children. its definitely not enough for an adult. you should NOT be losing more than a lb a day unless its water weight. you are losing lean mass(including muscle) eating too little and losing too quickly.1
