Hello! I am a 33 year old office worker who detests exercise. When I joined my new office environment several years ago I started putting on weight and now weigh more than I ever have before. I am very tired of it. Within the last year I started going to go to a dance aerobics class twice a week with a Latin rhythm commonly known as something else and have found that I love it. I recently decided that it wasn't enough. So, I started looking around and accidentally came across this app for my smart phone and downloaded it. I have been fiddling around with the tools and contents but nothing too serious for the last two months. It's only been recently that I realized that nothing is going to change unless I make my self do it. So here I am!!

Hello Newbie.......I am new to this also. I am also an office worker and in our office we have a beautiful kitchen which promotes lots of eating......Not too much movement either. Good luck!0
