As I input my weight will the calories decrease for me or do I manually need to decrease them ????

You'll need to go to MY HOME > GOALS and enter new weight every ten pounds or so to get the adjustment - and it will adjust for you if you do it this way.
I don't think you will get an adjustment for less than ten pounds, even if you do this. Don't know for sure, I always did it every ten pounds.
The desktop version used to give a prompt at every ten pounds, don't know about apps.
It won't do it automatically, though.0 -
