Let's see I want to get fit but my lazy meter is always high. Looking for suggestions on flattening the midsection as well as cinching in the waist. Any suggestions? Thanks in advanced.

Hi there— In order to do that, you need to start somewhere. A combination of strength training, cardio and nutrition is what worked for me. Also, more details will be needed in order to get more specific, better advice from our friends in the FPAL community (e.g.height and current weight).0
