? - do you use the recommended settings for percentage of protein, carbs, etc.???

    I do now, in maintenance, but losing weight I upped fat and lowered carbs a little.

    Nope, i eat whatever i want as long as i stay in a caloric deficit. Its been working so far. I do follow one rule, if i cant count the calories i wont eat it

    I have been using this app for 7 days already. I only really use the calorie counting but i refer back to the carbs, protein, fat counter often just to check my daily intake. I've already lost 1.5lbs
