Hey, I was just wondering if there is anyone out there who is thinking of or is currently doing the Body For Life Challenge. I think about doing it every year, but have never actually done it. I'm thinking of entering it this year though.

Are you talking about the ones where you drink the EAS protein shakes

It is an EAS challenge, yes, but it isn't required that you use any of their products (although I have a feeling that if you do use one of their products, and mention it, that you have a better chance of winning).
  • Hi,

I am new to this forum, but did do BFL and LOVED IT!!!

It is a great program that changed my life. I lost 37kg on it and never used EAS products, the shakes made me sick. I just followed the food and exercise program. I did it with a friend and lived and breathed the program for 12 weeks, after the 12 weeks I keep living like that and lost the weight in year.

I put weight on when pregnant and am trying to loose it now, I still apply BFL prinicples to my program.

    Excellent program!

I am a firm believer in the BFL challenge. It has worked for me in the past and I've seen results.

I would like to know more about the 'challenge'. I recently have been reading the book Body for Life by Bill Phillips but don't know a thing about the challenge you're talking of.

I have been glancing through the recipes and wow, they are like totaly normal food, well, healthy foods is what I mean!:flowerforyou:

Spill it on the details Girl!:laugh: :flowerforyou:

    FC:heart:

Bill Phillips is the founder of the challenge I believe...and yes, the challenge is based on the book. For more details on the actual challenge in which you can win prizes you can go to the body for life website (Just google it, I'm not sure of the exact website since I use the Canadian challenge website). The grand prize is $25,000, reimbursement for any EAS products you've used, a jacket, and a home gym. There are also prizes for large groups and couples. It's just extra motivation I think. My friend was going to do it with me last year but she had a big problem with the before and after pictures (she didn't want anyone to see her in revealing clothing), but personally, as long as my after picture is awesome, I don't care about my before picture.
