Run through the decision map. What would you try next?1

If you are gaining weight, then you are eating more than you think. You cannot gain weight by not "eating enough." How accurate is your calorie counting? Do you use a food scale and do you pick the right entries from the database?12

i should clarify ive been between 145 and 151 for over 3 yrs0

How much weight have you gained? How tall are you?0

Consider your qualify of life. Any stress at home or work? That can be a contributing factor. How long have you been monitoring your diet and exercise. It does take a bit longer for females to see any weight loss, but if you are exercising, you should see reduction in body measurement ~30-days. Also, consider what type of exercising regime you are doing.2

6 pounds it keeps going up to 151 and down to 145 5'2 for 3 yrs now1

Do you use a food scale to weigh everything that passes your lips?1
-
no but i count every thing that goes in my mouth including water i even add extra just in case0
-
If you've been in the same zone for that long, you need to eat less.4

Weight is a range, not a static number, and six pounds is a normal range of weight fluctuation for someone eating maintenance calories. Get a food scale and log all of your food. Most people are surprised at how poor they are at judging portion sizes.5

You need to weigh everything, including whatever you eat on the other day of the week. If you let yourself eat whatever you like on that day you could easily be wiping out any deficit you have11 -

you're eating more than you think1 -
With hypothyroidism the weightloss is slower. You need to be patient and start weighing everything.0

Gotta use a food scale whoever possible. Recently I used my scale to weigh something I had calculated some time ago with a measuring cup.
I’d been undercounting breakfast 30% a long time.2 -

And?
The fact remains that if you've been in a 6 pound range for 3 years, you are eating at maintenance. If you want to lose weight, burn more calories (i.e., move more), eat less, or do a combination of both. If you don't want to do that, don't expect to lose any weight.9 -

This is an analogy at best. My black lab gained several pounds rather quickly, was diagnosed with no thyroid, went on meds, lost 6 pounds within 6 weeks. This is with no change in diet or exercise. As a dog, she wasn't able to make excuses. She's now at a healthy weight and has way more energy for hiking and playing with our new pup. I know with people it takes awhile to get the right dosage of thyroid meds, apparently not a easy as with a dog, but like @malibu927 said, if op's meds are right, the only reason she can't lose is she's eating too much.

OK thanks for the support, but the eggs are in their own {package} also the fruit and grain bars the only things i can overeat are mixed veggies i spoon them in a cup before it goes on my plate and the 1 chicken thigh;always under the calories plus the 1 hr training walking pace which i add 150 i always over count the bad and under count the good , no excuses0

Just because an item is already packaged doesn't mean it weighs what the package says. They can legally be off up to 20%.7 -

There is not "bad" food and "good" food. You can exceed your calorie goal with any food, including chicken and vegetables. For weight loss, it does not matter which foods your calories come from; it only matters that you are consistently eating fewer calories than you burn. A scale is by far the best way to measure your calorie intake accurately.
You said it yourself: no excuses. Get a food scale, use it consistently, and log everything you eat.9 -

weigh the eggs in the shell and then subtract what the shell weighs. no 2 eggs are going to be the same. putting veggies in a cup before putting them on your plate is still not going to be accurate. cups are NOT supposed to be used for solids or semi solids because it wont be accurate.1 chicken thigh is not always going to be whatever the package says it is trust me I learned the hard way on that.just because something is what you label good doesnt mean it doesnt have calories. I got fat eating a "clean" diet with lean meats, fruits and veggies as whole grains.
I got fat eating too much fruit. I can easily eat 3lbs of cherries or watermelon in one setting. fruit and grain bars will often be more than the package states. sometimes they will be less but thats not always the case. my protein bar the other day the package said 60g. I weighed it and it was 69g. undercounting anything can be bad. I was like you at one time and used measuring cups. I started gaining weight I lost back beause I was eating more than I thought. once I started weighing it came off again and then some. packing of any kind can be off by up to 20% PER SERVING!. even 2 slices of bread can be off by quite a bit. a 43g slice can be as much as 50g. all those calories add up.4 -
i misspoke i meant good as in exercise under count bad as in food[ yes i agree no bad foods] over count by about 200 calories , have already ordered a food scale1

Sorry for sounding harsh, but you asked for help, plenty of people are offering advice which is pretty simple to try. Try it. If it doesn't work, stop doing it. What you are doing is not working, so you have to try something else to get a different result. I am not sure what you are expecting; there is no magic pill to cause you to lose weight. Eating the exact same thing 6 days a week, but what about the 7th day? Pizza and ice cream? You are not giving people all the information, and you are fighting against the recommendations because you don't like what you are hearing.4

How many calories have you been eating according to your calculations?0

How tall are you? 150-ish might be where you need to be...
However, if you really do have more to lose, take a look at your macro-nutrients. It makes a tremendous difference if your protein is way low compared to your carbs. I maintain at my 'recommended' calorie level when I'm at 50% or higher carbs, but when I move down to 35-40% carbs and split the difference with fat/protein, I lose weight consistently at .75-1.5 pounds per week.5 -

if you count macros you are in a sense counting calories they add up too.if you are cutting carbs then you are losing water and glycogen so it will seem like you lose faster on less carbs. which isnt the case
