Lack of motivation

Want to lose 13lbs to reach my beginning goal of 123lbs lost 46lbs before and gain a little weight from pregnancy I breastfeed so I'm constantly hungry and tired. I really want my body back

It might be worth taking a break and trying not to get your body back to what it once was while you're hungry, stressed and tired. Your body has undergone a very big change and it might need some time to settle down. Would it really be optimal to put the added pressure of trying to lose weight on top of the stresses looking after a new baby brings? It's ok to feel uncomfortable for a little bit, and maybe if you wait until there's less stress, losing the weight will be easier to do.0
