Are you on a diet or are you making a long term lifestyle change? If the answer is the latter, two months is not a lot of time. You have to have patience, as change may not be as immediate as you want or expect, and if you chop and change diets you might not learn how to change your eating habits over a longer time. Eight weeks is a relatively short time in the story of your life.
Check that you're eating at a proper calorie deficit, make sure your scales are working, and take into account that you may have put on some muscle or are retaining water. You may not see change on the outside yet, but you're probably changing on the inside. There's no use having a slim waist if you have fatty organs and high cholesterol. Keep at it, but know that the process isn't linear, and isn't always fast. Change can be slow, so perhaps wait a bit before switching to another diet plan, and if you do switch, research the new approach first.1 -

Yes, I’ve been doing IF for years. I’ve gained weight on it, lost weight on it, and for almost a year now I’ve been in maintenance/recomp on it. It helps me keep my intake in check because I’m not particularly hungry in the mornings and like having a lot of calories available for my dinner and dessert. But what my weight did still came down to how many calories I ate, not what time I ate them.
It can be helpful if it works for your eating patterns, or miserable if it doesn’t.1 -
That's really my problem I don't have the patience and I know I need to. I'm working my butt off. I want a life change not just on a quick diet. I have lost weight and yes I can see it and feel it my clothes Don't fit very well lol
I keep telling myself its only been 2 and half months and your right thats not a long time at all. This morning was my weigh in and only .2lbs that's what frustrates me I'm working hard that's why I'm feeling I need to change things up a bit. Thank you for being supportive!0
