I love spooky stuff! I'm always looking for good spooky shows. Or good Halloween vibe shows.
    Vikings!

My friend was telling me about that, I'll look into it.

there is a lil' comic gem on Amazon Prime.

    It is titled: catastrophe

this is written by the actors themselves and is some of the best writing I've seen on a large (or small) screen in a very, very, very long time.

......and for whatever it's worth, Rotten Tomatoes has given it a well deserved 100% rating.

I'm watching Family Guy. I turn to mindless stuff at night to help me shut off from the day.

    THIS SHOW IS GOLD!

I have never seen such real comedy, like real true-to-life comedy as this show. I love it so much.

    Yes

    Vikings!

Also a Monty Python like Norwegian production called Norsemen. You will laugh. Also cringe, but mostly laugh.

I was about to say animal planet type shows, especially ones narrated by David Attenborough. I see you beat me to the punch.

    You have good taste.

Castle Rock is Great! Handmaid's Tale? It's good, but I guess not for some! Hellevator - it's a game show where folks have to go into these haunted situations and do things for money.... good no thinking kind of show. Bob's Burgers and Raising Hope are also good comic reliefs.

Sorry about your anxiety. Do you take anything? Try exercise? Meditation?

I love Teen Titans Go on Amazon. It's so funny and comes in bitesize episodes. For spooky sci fi I'm watching Extant. And I always return to Captain America: The Winter Soldier and CA: Civil War for some fast paced action. I avoid game shows because they ramp up my anxiety.
