Best App to Track and Log Strength Training?

Looking for a good app to log strength training? Some apps are good but only let you input one or two workouts before having to sign up and pay for adding any additional workouts!

    Yea it sucks having to pay for a product you use.

    I use a pen and a spiral bound notebook.

    I know, so old-fashioned. I've tried several apps and none of them work as well as pen and paper for me. I found they were more of a hassle than they were worth and less flexible than just writing it down.
