I can't for the life of me figure out which entry would be best for a Chicken Sticks appetizer ordered from Chinese Delivery. I've seen these as delivery in California, Florida, Texas, and Oklahoma so they're not uncommon. But, I can't find an entry for it. Here's some pictures I took. Any suggestions? Thank you for your help.

They almost remind me of teriyaki chicken. I'd try to find a restaurant teriyaki chicken entry in the database with an option for grams. You can also do a quick Google search to find chain restaurants that post their nutrition info online to cross reference.

Another option: Assuming this is chicken thigh meat - find a cooked chicken thigh meat (boneless skinless) entry, enter your gram weight, then add maybe a tbsp of oil and 1 tbsp of sweet marinade.

Use the USDA chart for cooked chicken portions, white or dark meat (depending on what was on the skewers). Assuming the chicken is in a sweet marinade/sauce, then I'd probably add about 25 calories per ounce for that and cooking oil.

Assuming a 50/50 mix of white and dark meat, that entire 7 ounce order is probably about 500 or 600 calories.
