This has probably been asked a million times but:

I have linked Accupedo for my step counter.
I did 10k steps but 0 calories show up.
Can someone explain as I'm not fully understanding from the other posts.

I was adding in my exercise manually and the calorie burned difference is massive.

Thanks for any info.

MFP is currently having issues with syncing certain devices...it's a technical issue on MFP's end.

I would count 100 calories per mile burned. Walking 10k steps is around 4 miles give or take your stride. So I would go 400 calories burned.

This is a very rough guide.

Weight in lbs x .3 (walking) x distance in miles
Weight in lbs x .63 (running) x distance in miles

Thanks for the reply. Am I better of not syncing my app and entering my calories manually so they are the same as my step counter?

No. That would would result in some degree of double counting. Your activity level on MFP does account for some of the activity you do in a day (even Sedentary takes into account about 3-5k steps).

Most devices that sync to MFP do this:

Device estimated burn - MFP estimated burn = adjustment

    So like for yesterday:

    2107 - 1700 = 407 extra calories burned
