So a short background. I lost 45lbs 2 years ago after being over weight for 8 years. I did it through eating clean, staying away from processed foods. Occasional exercise but not much.

Fast forward to now. Still maintaining my weight. From 170 down to 124-125 now. I started eating cleaner again 3 weeks ago. Log everything that I put in my mouth. Weighing my food and watching servicing sizes. Both weight lifting and HIIT exercises, 30 minute work outs, 4 or 5 times a week. I’m 22% body fat last time I checked a few months back and my BMR is 1350. My maintenance calories is about 1950(1350x1.45 for activity level). I think I’ve even been eating a little too low so recently increased from 1350 to 1500 calories a day. But I haven’t lost a single pound in 3 weeks. I still learning as much as I can about nutrition but something I’m doing must be off if I’m not losing weight. I’m 5’2 by the way. Anyone have any suggestions. I want to get to 18% body fat so I can see more muscle definition. I’ve had 3 kids so my tummy seems to carry my remaining weight and I want a flatter stomach. Any suggestions?
