    Hi, my name is Kim. I am a wife, mom of 4 and a registered nurse. I am looking to jumpstart some weightloss. So, for 8 weeks, I think 10 to 12 lbs. is very realistic.

    I will be starting the C25K. There is a great one kissmyblackass.com for a hiphop directed podcast. I just downloaded the daily burn app and will incorporate that as well on off days.

    Had a setback. Ate so much on Friday and having a hard time motivating.
    Also, I just moved.
    I'm unpacking and feel overwhelmed with making time for work, school, cooking and putting things away. :(
    It took one month to gain weight from 106 to 120.
    Now I can't shake the weight.
    Help!!!

    I am totally in on this - they say losing the last 5 pounds is tough & it has been. I go up and down every year, but I want to stop that uptrend this fall. My son's wedding is coming up and I just owe it to myself.

    My personal challenge is no sugar for two weeks when I says sugar I mean refined sugar I’m obsessed with chocolate and sweets and fizzy drinks so for two weeks I’m giving up, a little back ground story I have bad belly’s been for many different appointments and they don’t know what’s wrong :( but in two weeks it’s my first dress fitting so thought I best make an effort to lose a little bit of weight
