I’ve began my fitness journey pretty recently but I can already say that I know it’s hard because some days your pumped and ready to be healthy and other days you have no desire to try. You just want to say screw it and grab a pint of ice cream! We just have to get into a routine or habit of this healthy lifestyle and just make it part of our daily routine so we always stick to it. Change up eating, don’t eat salads all the time! Make your favorite comfort foods with a twist, instead of regular spaghetti and meatballs, try spaghetti squash with homemade marinara and turkey meatballs. Less sodium, less fat, lots of protein, low carbs, such a good meal! I will post the recipe soon!0

If your diet is so stricted you will get so bored easily, even tight ropes will tear.
What im saying make it simple and try to take it as fun and when u feel frustrated a bit do cheat meals but dont go extreme
