Size 24 to a 12

And to think.....at one point these jeans were extremely tight on me. Wow just wow.....I remember having to do that squat/dancing thing along with laying on my bed to get them up, zipped, and buttoned. This pair of jeans is the only thing I have left from 100 lbs ago. #nevergoingback

Congrats! I am just beginning your journey in size 20/22 only at 71, it will take me forever but I want and need to do this. Hoping this will work for me. So far it's going slow after 3 weeks.8

The pounds didn't just latch onto you in a few days, they won't leave quickly, either. View it as a marathon, not a sprint, and doing a marathon at 71 is pretty awesome, isn't it? It truly never is to late to change your life. Be patient, if you honestly weight/measure/track & log everything and stick to you calorie goal, the lbs WILL come off!
