Don't want to look podgy in Christmas photos or whilst being in a bikini alongside the beach? Here's my challenge to you:
1. Eat 3 or 5 small healthy meals per day
2. Incorporate greens into your lunch and dinners
3. Drink 3 litres of water daily
4. 1 coffee max
5. 45 minutes of workouts 5 days a week
6. M, W, F Cardio and T, T HIIT(ONE arms and ONE legs)
7. The essentials: meditation, medication and 8 hours of sleep
8. Be kind towards yourself during this process💜❤️
