anyone got any good suggestions on any exercises I can do to help keep my calves growing the way they have been as I am doing an hour of Cardio every day I have lost 12 as of my last weigh-in but while the rest of me has lost almost an inch. my calves are exploding in size and getting far more sculpted then I want them to

Very difficult as far as I understand it. I think you would need to reduce weight bearing exercise on your legs. Running or cycling is just going to build your calves. During an ankle injury I flipped a stationary bike up on its handle bars and sat behind it pedaling with my arms. Some sort of upper body cardio may help, but I think it'll be tough to induce atrophy to specific muscles with effectiveness.

Calves are typically built by doing explosive, leaping movements, or deliberately lifting heavy loads while on your tippie-toes. Most people like muscular calves, but if you don't want them, stay away from those kind of exercises. I've seen lots of women who hate how big their calves are, and avoid exercising them, when all along the size was from fat, not muscle. And you cannot spot reduce, so if there is fat, it may take a while to melt off.

Yeah, if you have extra body fat, that could be what is making them look bulkier. As the body weight disappears, your calves will become more toned. Muscular calves are sexy! Why do you think heels are so popular? To make skinny legs look muscular. Those of use with muscles don't need the heels. Plus some of us have short-ish husbands....
