Eat an omelet with mushrooms, basil, parsley, and spinach. And have miso soup on the side.

420 calories is a lot for a meal. My dinner was only 300ish calories. 4oz grilled chicken breast, 1 cup green beans, 1 1/2 cup cauliflower purée.

Any lean protein + veggies on the side will be quite satisfying and leave you room for a treat afterwards.

gortons lemon pepper fish 80 calories
2 cups of steamed mixed veggies 35 calories
sprinkled with 2 tsp grated parmesan cheese 25 calories

eat what you want to for dinner and then go for a walk after to recover the calories?

and for a suggestion stir-fry with your fav protein (personally I like tofu with stir-fry) or sushi!
