Is there an option to calculate net carbs rather than total?

    You could use net carb entries - there are plenty already in the database. If you can't find one for the food you are eating, make your own entry.

    Carbs minus fiber (and sugar alcohol but that isn’t tracked on here). Many who do low carb/keto track net carbs to make sure they are within their limit.
