Aaaand I’m back

Hi friends. Its time to take control of my health. I am 210 and tired of it. I want to feel strong and vital again. I want my pants to fit and my kids to see their mom full of life.

Plan: stick to my calorie goal (1500) and try to get exercise everyday, even just a walk at first. I am learning to play golf, too! Even just a half hour at the driving range is getting me sweaty and rosy cheeked.

Instead of doing all or nothing, I will look at each choice as an opportunity to feel better.

    Welcome back! You can do this! I started at 213 pounds in June of 2017. I'm down 54 pounds as of today.
