Apple Watch 3 elliptical workout not appearing

So I have done a few elliptical workouts on my watch but they are not syncing in the MyFitnessPal app. Any suggestions or ideas? I have already tried reinstalling he app and delinking my health kit. Or does MFP just not sync that kind of data?
