Hello everyone,
I got on my fitness pal several years ago after my daughter was born. Then I just wasn’t able to keep up with this and her. Then last year I lost a lot of weight due to an illness and since March of this year I’ve started putting on more. It’s the heaviest I’ve ever been at 220 😱. I look horrible. I’ve got to loose weight. I want to loose 50lbs by December.

I’m in the same boat I’m at my heaviest ever I was 199. I’ve been eating clean and working out the last 10 days and lost 3lbs. Anyways, I’ve lost weight before, gain it, lose it, gain it....I NEED to make it a lifestyle change. It’s hard but I’m getting older & I want to be healthy for myself and my family. My husband and kids are all athletes and are in incredible shape, so I want to fit in not stand out. We can do it!!!! You’re not alone!!!0

All about prepping - get your food scale, get your meals prepped, and keep logging. You'll get into the swing of things and once you add exercise to that, the pounds will start coming off. Good luck - you got this!
