Keto seems fun so far. Doing it along with intermittent fasting and results are phenomenal.

I started Keto and fasting yesterday. How long have you done it and how much have you lost?0

Started in May, so a little over 3.5 months. I’m down about 20lbs, I haven’t really gone to the gym much in that period of time and I’m not calorie restricting that much. I’m not starving and I’m not miserable so I can keep this up indefinitely. Took me a while to figure out that electrolyte balance is imperative to feeling good on this diet, but once I nailed that I felt great. I also have some health issues that make my weight loss a lot slower than normal but still great progress. I also started doing this because of those same health issues. My blood pressure is the best it’s been in a decade and my triglycerides dropped 200 points, and almost all of my digestive issues are gone! Worth it!1
