Hello! I'm a mother of 2 and I need a workout video that WORKS using limited time and space! (I know! Sounds like a "dream world!" Lol.) Are there any recommendations?!? I'm the type of person that if I don't see or feel the results I tend to give up easier! Thanks so much!

I've used Denise Austin: Shrink Your Female Fat Zones. It's about 60 min and just a small area in a living room works, you use wieghts and an exercise ball. I did about 30 min a day to maintain my weight with it. I also have two kids and used it after both deliveries. I just keep loosing motivation to stay in shape. I've also heard any of the Jillian Michaels are good too.0

Turbo Jam isn't short, but it is sooooo fun!!! I wish I could get it. You will want to do it. It won't feel like a chore.0

I agree with Turbojam or the more advanced Turbofire. Burns tons of calories in very little time. The lenght of DVD's range from 15 minutes to 55. Turbofire uses HIIT workouts so it seems to burn more calories than Turbojam but both are fun and addicting!0

I spend about an hour a day on Turbo Fire. Definitely see results!0

I hear that Jillian Michaels stuff is really good and works you really hard. Thats not from first hand experience though, I havent even tried a workout video because I know that I would just end up shelfing it so I commend you.0

I second 30 Day Shred and Turbo Jam. I like Turbo Jam more. It's easier on my knees. The times for Turbo Jam vary from 20-45 minutes. The workouts are so much fun and Chalene Johnson is adorable! It doesn't take much space (I do it in my tiny cramped laundry-filled guest room).0

Jillian Michaels 30 day shred or ripped in 30 - both approx 25-30 min workouts, you definately see results.0

If you want to tone and burn fat, I would also recommend KettleWorx. None of the workouts last longer than 25 minutes and that includes warmup and cooldown time. When you get used to working at the current level and ready to make it more challenging, you just increase the kettlebell weight. I've gotten wonderful results. I will add one caveat, though. I also have done Zumba DVDs on my off days for extra cardio. Incidentally, Zumba has a 20 minute routine, too.
Hope you find a good one!0
