Walking. It's my "me" time and I use it to clear my head... I walk come rain or shine!
    Followed very closely by lifting

Snow shoveling! It's an exercise, for me because I don't actually've to do it, since I reside within an apartment complex! Although for it to be done adequately, I've to do it!

My favourites are lifting and walking. I do a lot of walking at work, so don't get to go and enjoy a good walk often enough.

I have a hand and finger injury at the moment, so I am not lifting heavy for a couple of weeks. The fitness blender Pilate videos are fun, I really need the stretching. I tried one of the kickboxing workouts with lighter Dumbbells (I don't want my grip to fail) and found that snuck up on me a bit.

SUP paddling long distances with a few "sprints" thrown in to make it sort of HIIT (sort of because the intervals between are long and it really isn't quite intense enough to be true HIIT, but few routines are).
