Just dropped Weight Watchers

Just dropped Weight Watchers after doing it for years. I have a wonderful support system in place and just finished my first week not on WW. I am happy to say I am down 11.9 pounds my first week, 23.5 total. Please friend me. I know it is going to get harder as time goes on, so I will need all the encouragement I can get. Have a great day and you can do it.

Congratulations on the weigh loss but more importantly doing what is right for you. Weight Watchers is not what it used to be and I have been a member for over 30 yrs. Points Plus was my favorite program. I was ok with Smart Points but Freestyle is for the birds.2

Hello to all.. Congratulation MellieJoy on your weight loss. Yes it is a hard thing to do but with the right nutrition and exercise it is achievable. Keep up the good work.0

Hi,
Congrats! You make it sound easy and fun. I’m getting there slowly.
I dumped WeightWatchers too when they moved to freestyle. So far I like my fitness pal. I have it synced up with my misfit watch.1
