I need to drop 5 pounds in 15 days to make my August goal! 5 pounds is doable and a good short term goal!

I have a goal to lose 5-10 by sept 1st, I believe it will be closer to 5 I lose so I'm totally in for the same goal! my biggest success has been limiting carbs and sugar!3

Same here girl! I’m on the keto diet which basically cuts out the sugar and carbs!3

5 pounds of weight might be doable, but 5 pounds of fat isn't. And shouldn't be attempted.15

It’s possible but don’t try losing more than 2 lbs a week. More than that isn’t healthy and tends to be gained back easily if you cheat your body. Be careful how you go about it.0

Why the sudden need to drop 5 pounds? Not to be a bummer, but maybe you should have started five weeks ago. Unless you are 60 pounds overweight, I can't see it happening.0
