I have been on this forum for a while and my fitness has usually been really great. I recently went through some anxiety and depression (related to family struggles), but then I got breast cancer and had to have surgery. I’ve gained about 40lbs and just feeling up to exercise. I’ve healed well but my radiation starts in a few weeks so I need to get active.

Have you looked into eating a keto plan? I’ve been reading up on the effects of low carb diets and essentially starving cancer. I recommend reading Chris Wark’s story, if you haven’t already.
If you’re just looking for support & not advice, I totally understand that too. Feel free to add me, I’m happy to just be an ear (or eyes) if needed!1 -
I have a friend that is in the same situation as you. She has already started radiation though. Her doctor has her doing clean eating and although she said it was hard at first, especially eliminating sugar, she has energy like never before.1
