Hi there! I just joined myfitnesspal today. I've been using Calorie King (just for nutritional info. because their program costs $$$) and a food diary for awhile and thought I'd try something new to see if it helps keep me on track.

hey i love it!!! They have like every food in the database and if they dont then you can add it ! you can also save your meals for quick entry , and you can create your own recipes.
