Lack of weight/inch loss

New here and looking for advice.
Lost 2.5 stone with weight watchers but couldn’t get anymore off so started training 6 weeks ago, 3 times a week and also moved to calorie counting. In my first week I lost an incredible 9lbs and 11inches, but have remained at +/- 2lbs ever since. I’ve not lost any further inches either.
I am consuming 1200-1250 calories for 6 days, going upto a max of 2000 (maintenance) on treat day and I weigh everything possible.
I’m getting increasingly frustrated that nothing is shifting and I don’t know where I’m going wrong. Any advice would be appreciated please (I’m new so abreviations will be lost on me ☺️) Thank you
