Hey guys this site is great. I have seen so many stories that are just inspiring. I want to dwell on this inspiration and hopefully i can acheive my goals of losing weight. I have already achieved minimal weight loss in the past few months (about 23lbs lost) but i still have to lose at least 28lbs to be at my ideal weight so i'm looking for some moral support here! I would like people to add me to keep me motivated and i would also like to know how much weight people will want to lose to achieve their ideal weight. I would also take any advice or tips on board about losing weight. thanks guys , you are all inspiring

add meeeeee? i'm 225lbs, joined in April it's going down quite slow for me (but would be even slower or UP if i wasnt on here logging every day!) i'd like to lose around 60lbs (or more if it happens) was never skinny and don't really want to be proper slim...but 165lbs will do for me!!
