In 2006 I ended an abusive relationship after 16 years of being isolated and ashamed believing I was stupid, fat and ugly. Since then I have married again but still been struggling to lose weight so I'm a good role model for my three kids. Now I have started logging my food and exercising with transform app workouts. Now my family is so skeptical about me trying to lose weight again that I am feeling overwhelmed already. I am trying to eat mostly vegetables and fruit with beans and tofu. My husband says why don't i eat what everybody else eats- why can't he just be happy I'm not eating fast food and junk anymore :'( My coworkers have been supportive- love them- but unhealthy food is always available in break room. I work long hours as a nurse working with mentally ill criminals then come home to two children (9&11) which depend on me. Plus house chores such as dishes and kids/my laundry which I'm responsible for. Plus homework and school supplies/stuff, etc. for kids. My oldest is big help but don't see him much- he works and attends college. Looking for people to share my journey who are also struggling with trying to lose weight and have a job and family!

What transformation app are you using. I am a single mom with a full time job so I feel you on the struggle to lose weight along with juggling a family and work.

1st-GOOD FOR U for getting out of an abusive relationship!!! 😁👍🏻 2nd - i hear ya on raising a family, taking care of ur home. It sounds like ur hubby loves u just the way u r & that’s a real blessing! 3rd - Have u tried assigning after schl chores for the kids to do so u can spend more time w/them & less time cleaning up the house. 4th - Have u asked ur hubby to help w/their homework when he can? 5th - setting personal weight loss goals & watching what ur eating regardless of what anyone says is great just remember U R DOING THIS FOR U & NO ONE ELSE!! Keep ur focus on ur goals!! It is hard when the sweets r right in ur face but maybe try a new healthy snack recipe to share w/ur co-workers??
    Just my personal thoughts.
