I been stuck at 295lbs for 4 weeks and it’s not moving as fast or steady as it should. I been eating 2540 calories for the same time 4 weeks, should I be eating more for the number to move.

Last week you said you'd put your calories up to 3050? Weight loss is neither fast or steady in most cases - perhaps you need to reassess your expectations. It has been explained to you many times that you will naturally have fluctuations in weight and that this is normal.
What are your stats and how much have you lost in 4 weeks?
Eating more is not the answer. Are you weighing all your food on a food scale and logging everything that goes in your mouth using accurate database entries?10 -
I think you are probably eating too much and not logging accurately10

Is there someone in your real life who can help support and guide you? You've been struggling for a really long time and I think someone you can actually sit down with would be really helpful.13

Have you thought about seeing an registered dietician? They may be able to suggest changes to things your eating to save you some calories. And make sure you are reading your labels and checking what a serving size looks like. I made fish last night - there were 2 filets in the bag (frozen), yet it was meant to serve 3.2

Are you using a food scale?2

100% this. You're not doing yourself any favors bouncing from plan to plan. If there's someone near you who can help you stay focused you'll probably get better results.4 -

I know you've been fighting this for a long time. Please do get some local support. See a dietician, someone who can help set you up with better strategies. I hate seeing you spinning your wheels. I think you need more direct support.9 -

I agree that some kind of local support may be helpful for you. You’ve been on MFP for several years under at least 4 or 5 different usernames, going over the exact same ground and asking the same questions over and over again. Something isn’t clicking for you, and somebody local who could sit down with you and go over things, maybe put you on a meal plan or something, would help you get on track. As @nutmegoreo said, you’ve been spinning your wheels for a long time.12 -
I looked through your diary op and it seems like you may not be weighing your foods. It looks like you are using the generic entry for things instead of weighing out each portion.
You may be eating more calories than you think.
I agree with the others that you might benefit from seeing someone in person. Can you see about getting an appointment with a registered dietitian? It may be covered by your insurance plan.
If you'd like to tell us where you live, maybe someone can try to find any resources in your area for you.4 -
You started logging on June 23rd. How much weight have you lost in total since then?0

You have to break through your preconceptions, break free of the emotional attachment. I personally work hard to make things as easy as possible for myself; it sounds exhausting to fight to reach your goal and fight hard not to be defeated. You've practically been doing the same things for years without getting anywhere, that's not really whatever it takes keep on going. Any other hints of problems with focus, memory and attention? Have you actually become addicted to dieting? Or are you depressed? I think you should see your doctor ASAP.1 -

no, you should be eating less.2 -
According to your logging you are not eating 2540. That is your calorie goal. Changing your goal doesn't change anything else if you are eating the same amount of food which you seem to have done on the various days I have checked. You log 1300ish, 1700ish, and 2000ish calories on a fairly regular basis.
As others have mentioned your logging needs to be more accurate and you would do well with some assistance. Since you didn't respond to that I will assume you are not interested in help.
Are you taking a multi-vitamin? With the type of food you normally eat it would probably be a good thing or at least it wouldn't hurt.
It is hard to know how much sodium is in your diet because of the logging but you do eat mostly higher sodium foods. Do you like bananas? If so, try and get some and eat one every other day. You should also try drinking more water. Don't get crazy with the water just try getting another 8-12oz a day to start. It might help regulate the water in your system which could be masking your fat loss.
You also didn't respond to the food scale suggestion. If you are not going to use one you really need to get your portion sizes as correct as possible. Don't be afraid to log things as 1.25 servings if you think it is more. This could be a good idea for things like French fries from McDonalds.6
