Can someone explain (Apple watch)

I walked 12,900 steps today and i got a -2 calorie adjustment???? I DO NOT GET IT!

What is your activity level set at?0

• Your total expended calories in Apple watch are your BMR plus your burns from detected movement (13k steps in your case).
• Your total expended calories here in MFP are your BMR plus your burns from the activity level which you've set up for yourself (sedentiary includes up to 5k steps, lightly activive a bit more and so on).
So that means that you've set up an activity level in MFP which equals the amount of steps you've made today - 13k. Perhaps you've chosen active or very active?
This is how it is supposed to work. If this is not the case then I have no idea.
